Welcome to Luxx St. Petersburg (“Luxx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, making a reservation, placing an order, booking a private event, or entering our premises, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Luxx is a premier dining and lounge experience. These policies are designed to protect the integrity of our environment and ensure a refined experience for all guests.
1. Reservations & Premium Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Select dates, holidays, and special events may require a deposit or minimum spend commitment. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made within the designated cancellation window provided at reservation confirmation. Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or failure to appear, may result in forfeiture of deposit or applicable cancellation fees.
Reserved tables are held for a limited grace period. Luxx reserves the right to release unclaimed reservations.
Management reserves the right to modify or decline reservations in the interest of safety, compliance, or operational necessity.
2. Dress Code & Conduct
Luxx maintains an elevated dining and lounge atmosphere.
Appropriate attire is required. Management retains sole discretion in enforcing dress standards and guest conduct policies.
Disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
3. Age & Alcohol Service (Florida Compliance)
Luxx strictly adheres to all Florida alcoholic beverage laws.
Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification upon request.
Luxx reserves the absolute right to refuse alcohol service at any time for lawful reasons, including signs of intoxication.
Pursuant to Florida Statute §768.125, Luxx shall not be liable for damages caused by intoxicated persons except as specifically provided by law.
Guests assume full responsibility for their personal conduct and consumption.
4. Payments & Charges
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Applicable sales tax and service charges will be added to final bills. Gratuity may be automatically applied to large parties, premium bookings, or private events.
All transactions are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
5. Private Events
Private events may require a signed agreement, deposit, and/or minimum spend commitment.
Event-specific cancellation policies, minimum requirements, and payment schedules will be outlined in the governing event agreement.
Failure to meet contractual obligations may result in forfeiture of deposits or additional charges.
6. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By entering Luxx premises, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with dining, alcohol consumption, and participation in lounge or event activities.
To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Luxx, its owners, affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Injuries resulting from guest conduct or negligence
• Incidents arising from alcohol consumption
• Actions of third parties
Luxx disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Media & Promotional Use
Luxx may photograph or record the premises and events for promotional purposes.
By entering Luxx, guests consent to being photographed or recorded unless prior written notice is provided to management.
8. Website Use
The Luxx website is provided “as is.” Luxx makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error-free functionality.
Luxx is not liable for technical disruptions, third-party system failures, or cybersecurity events beyond reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
10. Modifications
Luxx reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
